Requesting a Quote
To request a quote for products on our website, simply add your desired products to your quote cart and fill out your contact information and submit. One of our sales consultants will contact your within 24 hours to confirm your quote request. Your quote will include the price of the products, any freight or shipping costs.
Placing an Order
Placing an order online - Any product with an add-to-cart button is available for online purchase (Any order under $50 is subject to a $10 processing fee).
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We also accept company checks or cashier/money orders. We can accept purchase orders from government entities such as public schools or municipalities.
Sales Tax: The state of Florida requires us to collect sales tax on orders shipped within Florida unless the customer has a valid tax exemption certificate. We are not required to collect sales tax for orders shipped outside of Florida.
Terms and Conditions for Purchases:
Teachers’ School Supply shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages. In no event will Teachers’ School Supply be liable for damages beyond the invoiced price.
Teachers’ School Supply does not express or imply any warranty. All items are warranted by the manufacturer. Each manufacturer offers different warranties for different products. Please contact us for details about specific products. Teachers’ School Supply expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or inability to use an item sold by us. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective and this obligation is limited.
Returns will be accepted for only a very limited selection of items which are considered stock items and only with prior authorization from Teachers’ School Supply within 30 days of delivery acceptance. Customer is responsible for original freight charges and return freight charges. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted for products once they have been installed.
All orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. This fee will apply if you cancel your order. No cancellations are allowed on orders that have shipped.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Florida and shall be heard in St. Johns County, Florida.
Changes in Specifications/Pricing
All photos/specs/pricing are accurate at time of printing. However, due to changing market conditions and continual improvement in designs, we reserve the right to change designs, specifications, and pricing without notice.
Unloading of Freight
Unless otherwise specifically stated, it is the customer's responsibility to unload their freight shipments from the truck. Shipments will be delivered to or as close to your property line and or Driveway provided the location is deemed assessable by the delivering carrier. Please tell us at the time of purchase of any unusual or difficult location or delivery issues, so necessary arrangements may be made with the delivering carrier, where possible. There may be additional shipping costs depending on your specific situation. The driver is not obligated to help you unload your freight (although some will), so be sure to have 1-2 people there to help you unload.
Occasionally, shipments will get damaged during transit. All merchandise must be inspected prior to signing acceptance from the carrier. If any damage is found, IT MUST BE NOTED ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT. We cannot file a claim with the freight carrier if it is not noted and in such case, we cannot be responsible for any damage not noted on the delivery receipt. If you cannot inspect the merchandise, please note on the delivery receipt "Merchandise Received, but NOT inspected.”
All missing parts must be reported to us within 10 days of your receipt of your order. We will not replace any parts that are not reported within that 10 day period.
We strongly believe in the privacy of our customer's information. Any information that you provide us within this site will only be used to process your order. Teachers’ School Supply does not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding its customers to any third party for any reason other than fulfilling their requests.
